UPWARD BASKETBALL and CHEERLEADING
2011
Registration begins
October 17 and ends the last of November.
Registration is $65
Basketball Shorts are optional at a
cost of $10
Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are
optional at a cost of $10
Evaluations are:
December 1 from 4:30-6:00PM for
Kindergarten through 2nd grade boys and girls.
December 2 from 4:30-6:00PM for 3rd
through 6th grade boys and girls
December 3 from 9:30-11:30am for
makeup evaluations
All participants need to come to
their session to be fitted for their uniforms (this
includes cheerleading).
You may fill out the online
registration and bring your payment at this time.
