Exercise Classes
Zumba® – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.
Wesley’s own Rae-Anne Richards will be teaching classes at Wesley starting Monday, November 28 at
7:00 pm in room 15 and Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm in the Life Center Gathering Space. Cost is $30.00 for 6 weeks of class.
You can pre register by calling the Mike Feaster at the Church or you can show up for the classes.
