2012/2013 REGISTRATION
Thank you for your interest in Wesley Preschool, Play Care and Kindergarten.
Registration forms and information will be available on Tuesday, January 10th.
Applications for the 2012-2013 school year will be accepted as follows:

In order to participate in our Registration, a parent or guardian must return the items listed below in person to the school on the specified day. They need to be returned in person so they can be date and time stamped.
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis.
The items you need to have with you are as follows:
1) Completed registration form for each child
2) Registration fee (see table) for each child
3) Birth Certificate for new students
4) Current Georgia Immunization Form 3231 for new students
You will need to have separate checks and a separate registration form for each child you are enrolling.
Make checks payable to WPPK. Please note: The Registration fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
Class placement is determined by the child's age on September 1st.
Please remember that you are registering for an age group, and not a particular teacher, class or placement with another child.
