WOW Adult Bible Studies  6:00

Pastor’s Bible Study – Join Greg as he discusses the thought provoking book “Questions to All Your Answers-The Journey from Folk Religion to Examined Faith”. By looking at ten popular Christian slogans in the light of Scripture, this book encourages us to reach for a deeper, well-grounded faith that engages the intellect as well as the heart with the Bible.  The Celebration Space  6:00-7:00

If You Want to Walk on Water, You’ve Got to Get Out of the Boat – Rev. Chris Laskey leads a study of this John Ortberg book that invites you to consider the incredible potential that awaits you outside your comfort zone.  Room 26  6:00-7:00

It Came From Within – An Andy Stanley Video Study -  Join in on the lively discussion that results from examining four conditions of the heart that are at the root of sour attitudes, hurt-filled relationships, and regretful actions: guilt, jealousy, greed, and anger. Room 23   6:00-7:00

Sacred Companions –Chaplain Steve Thomas invites couples and those in any caring relationship to this group study designed to introduce the riches of spiritual friendship and direction.  Our souls thirst for a place of deep encounter with others, the life Christ intended us to have, come discover all that can be.  Room 25  6:00-7:00

Crossroads – Singles in their 30 to 50’s or so, finding authentic friendships and fellowship through a study of God's will; how to seek it and live by it in our everyday life.   Monthly social activities and also a part of this group and all are welcome to join.  Room 21  6:00-7:00

Faithful Science – Dr. Julie Hendrich will discuss several current topics in the science community to help you gain the background and context needed to make faith based opinions.    Room 28   6:00-7:00

Financial Peace University A life-changing program that teaches you how to make the right decisions with your money. You'll be empowered with the practical skills and confidence needed to achieve your financial goals and experience true financial peace.  Disciple Conference Room  6:00 -8:00

 

 Children's Chimes

Three year olds through fifth graders meet in the children's wing from 6:00 till 7:00 for Bible activities, music, and recreation.  Children ages 2nd grade - 5th grade may choose to join Young Musicians under the guidance of Michelle Champion from 6:30 till 7:00.  For information on this new music program for children contact champion@wesleyumc.net

 

 Youth Groups

Bible Study and fun activitiesare offered for all youth.  Sixth graders meet in room 27 for 6er's. 

7th and 8th graders meet in the Hook for a look at how they can live for Christ and make a differance in their world. 

All Highschoolers meet in the Fishnet
