The Pastor’s Bible Study-Led by Rev. Greg Porterfield this book discussion group will focus on the Timothy Keller book The Reason for God.  The book addresses the frequent doubts that skeptics and non-believers bring to religion. Using literature, philosophy, anthropology, pop culture, and intellectual reasoning, Keller explains how the belief in a Christian God is, in fact, a sound and rational one. To true believers he offers a solid platform on which to stand against the backlash toward religion spawned by the Age of Skepticism. And to skeptics, atheists, and agnostics he provides a challenging argument for pursuing the reason for God.  Celebration Space, 6:00-7:00

Go Fish, An Andy Stanley Video/ Discussion Study – Fishing stories. We've all heard them. "It was this big." "You should have seen the one that got away." People love to tell stories of their fishing adventures. When it comes to faith, however, most people clam up. Why can't we talk about what God has done in our lives as naturally as we can spin fishing tales?  In this video/discussion series, Andy Stanley explores the motivation behind sharing your faith and how it can become a natural part of your life. Led by Jay Dolce. Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 in room 26.

Wesley Mom’s Group – Hey Wesley mom, are you a follower of Jesus? Don't answer too quickly. To think this through, join this group as we study, “Not a Fan” before you answer. This book will help you to 'define the relationship' with Christ. You may indeed be a passionate, fully devoted follower of Jesus. Or, you may be living more like a fan who admires Jesus but isn't ready to let him completely in. In any case, don't take the question “Are you a follower of Jesus?” lightly. Our Wesley Moms group feels strongly that the most effective way to be the best mother you can be is to intentionally seek the relationship with Christ that He longs to have with you.  When we get that on the right track, we are more equipped to love how He would have us love.  Room 24, 6:00-7:00

Wesley Dad’s Group – No Books, no Homework- Join this friendly and talkative group of guys as they look at the Bible and how it can be applied to their lives today.  This season the group will be doing a study on Paul, Living for Christ.  Get connected with a group of men who wish to be connected to the word of God together.  Led by Charles Cason, Dan May and Eric Hinds.
Room 25, 6:00-7:00

Knit One, Crochet Too- Led by Heather Gaitonde, this casual group of crafters meets to work on projects together.  The group offers opportunities for you to participate in mission projects like the prayer shawls but you are also free to work on your own project in the company of friends.  The Disciple Conference Room, 6:00-7:00

At Kidstreet, three year olds through fifth graders meet in the children's wing from 6:00 till 7:00 for Bible activities, music, and fun.   The focus at Kidstreet is for kids to know, grow and show their faith.  For more information contact wade@wesleyumc.net .

Children ages 1st grade - 5th grade may choose to join Children's Music under the guidance of Rebekkah Teboe for 30 minutes of the Kidstreet program.  Please tell their teacher if they wish to participate and the teacher will deliver them to room 15 at their rehersal time.  You will pick them up from their classroom.  For information on this music program for children contact rebekkah@wesleyumc.net
