Women’s Ministry Studies
Tuesday Beth Moore – “Then and There, Here and Now” is Beth’s new study of the Book of Revelations and what it means for women’s lives today. Beth presents many points of view, allowing women to decide for them selves when the interpretation varies among scholars. She teaches that God is as specific about what He does reveal as He is about what He does not reveal. This is a video/ listening guide study that does not have homework. Begins Sept. 7th, Room 21, 7:00-9:00pm
Wednesday Beth Moore – “A Woman’s Heart, God’s Dwelling Place” is an Old Testament study that invites you to enter into the sanctuary of your God and let Him reveal marvelous mysteries in you. This video/workbook study explores the fascinating account of the building of the tabernacle, the significance of its intricate design, its pivotal role in God’s eternal plan, the grand fulfillment of its purpose by Jesus Christ, and its variety of meanings for your walk with God today. Led by Alice Lopez. Childcare is available by reservation. Begins Sept. 8th, Room 23, 9:30-11:30
Sunday Beth Moore – “Daniel- Lives of Integrity, Words of Prophesy” join Beth Moore in a faith-building DVD/ workbook study of prophecy, and learn how to shine for Christ in our modern culture. Just as the prophet Daniel faced unbelievable pressures-to compromise his faith, to live in a hostile culture, and to confront temptations and threats-today's believers face many of the same trials. Led by Kara Paulsen & Traci Simless. Begins Sept. 12th, Room 23, 6:00-8:00
Thursday Morning Ladies Bible Study – This Bible discussion group with heart and laughter will explore a Barclay study of the Parables of Jesus. Theses parables, Barclay insists, are stories which are not the material of the scholar and theologian as they are the possession of every man. Each chapter analyzes an individual parable -- identifies its theme, explains it in light of the language and customs of the ancient world, and clearly interprets its meaning for us today. Begins Sept. 9th, Room 21, 9:45-11:00

So join this small group and gain the support of a community with the same life focus as your own family. Begins August 29th, Room 25, 9:30-10:30
